Role & Responsibilities • Perform bedside handover and takeover, ensuring proper knowledge about the assigned patient • Constantly observe and evaluate patient condition, providing prompt and effective bedside nursing care • Attend to patient needs immediately and report abnormalities promptly • Maintain proper documentation of patient care activities • Counsel patients and family members regarding health conditions • Follow consultant doctor’s rounds and implement their orders • Assist in bedside procedures and collect investigation reports • Provide pre and post-operative care, including managing nutritional needs • Ensure confidentiality of patient records and condition • Manage emergencies effectively and coordinate with other departments • Follow protocols for admission, discharge, death, and transfers • Maintain and sterilize equipment, manage inventories, and ensure proper storage • Report any abnormal values or changes in patient condition to the in-charge doctor Qualification • GNM / BSc Nursing (Diploma preferred) Experience • 2-4 years of experience in a hospital setting Skills • Patient observation and care skills • Strong communication skills in Hindi (preferred) • Ability to manage emergencies and patient needs effectively • Knowledge of hospital protocols and procedures About the Company • KIMS Hospitals is a leading healthcare provider in Hyderabad, dedicated to offering high-quality care and excellent medical services to patients across various specialties.
