Homecare Nurse (Female)

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, safe, and patient-centred nursing care in homecare settings.
• Perform nursing procedures such as vital signs monitoring, medication administration, wound care, and patient hygiene support.
• Conduct regular home visits as per assigned schedules.
• Assess patient health conditions and report changes to doctors or supervisors.
• Maintain accurate patient records and follow treatment care plans.
• Educate patients and family members on health management and post-care instructions.
• Ensure strict adherence to infection control, safety, and DHA nursing standards.

Qualification

• BSc Nursing from a recognised institution.
• Valid Nursing Council Registration.
• DHA Eligibility / DHA License – Mandatory.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (any department).
• Prior experience in homecare nursing is preferred.

Skills

• Strong clinical nursing and patient care skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently during home visits.
• Compassionate, responsible, and patient-focused approach.
• Good time management and adaptability to field work.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: AED 4,000 per month
