• Prepare clinical and progress notes for patients receiving homecare
• Coordinate healthcare services and act as a liaison between treating physician, healthcare team, and family members
• Monitor and record vital signs; report abnormalities to physicians
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments
• Manage intravenous infusions and parenteral therapies
• Provide care for patients with tracheostomy, gastrostomy, and colostomy
• Deliver nursing care to patients with pacemakers, peritoneal dialysis, and ventilator support
• Care for patients with neurological and chronic conditions (hemiplegia, paraplegia, cerebral palsy, Bell’s palsy, terminal illness, elderly care)
• Provide newborn care and support for pre- and post-partum mothers
• Assist physically challenged clients and those requiring special home or school care
• Support mobility: simple exercises, ambulation assistance, and accompaniment to hospitals or social activities
• Perform wound care and pressure ulcer prevention
• Maintain accurate documentation of medical events, procedures, and patient progress
• Counsel patients and families on nursing care needs
• Participate in in-service training and supervise junior nursing personnel
Essential:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc Nursing) from an accredited institution
Preferred:
• Master of Science in Nursing
• Critical Care qualification
• Pediatric qualification (for pediatric RN roles)
• Valid nursing registration in country of training or last employment
• Eligibility for DOH / DHA / MOH UAE license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (mandatory)
• ACLS (for adult care)
• PALS (for pediatric care)
• 2–5 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse
• Experience in homecare, bedside care, or critical care preferred
• Strong homecare and clinical nursing skills
• Medication administration and IV therapy knowledge
• Infection control practices
• Excellent bedside manner and patient care approach
• Good listening and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary medical team
