Dental Clinic Nurse

Role & Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during dental procedures and treatments.
• Prepare dental instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms before procedures.
• Ensure proper sterilization and infection control as per clinic protocols.
• Monitor patient comfort before, during, and after dental procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-treatment care, and follow-up instructions.
• Support clinic operations and ensure smooth patient flow.
• Maintain professional conduct, patient confidentiality, and ethical standards.

Qualification

• GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery) or
• B.Sc Nursing from a recognised institution.
• Valid Nursing Registration.

Experience

• GNM: Minimum 3 years of nursing experience.
• B.Sc Nursing: Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
• Experience in dental clinic or hospital setting is preferred.

Skills

• Knowledge of dental assisting procedures and chair-side assistance.
• Strong patient care and communication skills.
• Understanding of infection control and sterilization protocols.
• Ability to work efficiently in a clinical environment.
• Professional appearance and patient-friendly attitude.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: QAR 3,500 per month
• Duty Hours: 8 hours per day
• Accommodation: Provided by employer
• Earning Potential: Up to ₹20 Lakhs INR within 2 years
