Role & Responsibilities

• • Demonstrate deep understanding of departmental service offerings and contribute to client solutions.

• • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of client products, therapy areas, and industry guidelines.

• • Undertake writing, editing, and development of high-quality scientific content.

• • Manage project schedules to meet deadlines, monitor project progress, and flag scope changes.

• • Interpret scientific data accurately and ensure the output aligns with client objectives.

• • Liaise with external stakeholders to foster strong relationships and ensure project success.

• • Provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching to other team members as needed.

• • Participate in team discussions, peer reviews, and the development of accurate budgets.

• • Ensure client satisfaction by actively managing timelines, expectations, and changes in project scope.

  Qualifications

  • • Degree and higher degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Medicine (BSc, BA, PharmD, PhD, MD).

  • • 5-8 years of prior experience, preferably within a medical communications agency.

  Experience

  • • Strong experience in scientific writing, project management, and client interactions.

  • • Ability to acquire and apply specialized knowledge in therapy areas.
