• Prepare clinical and progress notes and coordinate nursing services
• Act as liaison between treating physician, healthcare staff, patients, and family members
• Monitor and record vital signs and report abnormal findings to physicians
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor IV infusions and parenteral therapies
• Provide care for patients with tracheostomy, gastrostomy, and colostomy
• Deliver nursing care to patients with pacemakers, peritoneal dialysis, and ventilator support
• Care for patients with hemiplegia, paraplegia, Bell’s palsy, cerebral palsy, terminal illness, and elderly patients
• Provide care to newborns and pre- and post-partum mothers
• Care for physically challenged patients and those requiring special home or educational facility care
• Assist with simple exercises, ambulation, and accompany patients to hospitals, social gatherings, and treatment facilities
• Perform wound care to prevent pressure ulcers and complications
• Record and report medical events, procedures, and patient progress
• Maintain accurate patient records and communicate observations to supervisors or physicians
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accredited institution
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• 2 – 5 years of working experience as a Registered Nurse
• Strong homecare and clinical nursing skills
• Excellent bedside manner and patient handling
• Knowledge of infection control and medication administration
• Ability to multitask and work in medical teams
• Good listening, verbal communication, and documentation skills
• Understanding of health promotion and patient safety
