About the Role
Role & Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify physical, emotional, and social needs, ensuring individualized nursing care plans.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and prescribed treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses and potential side effects.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential patient records in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
• Provide patient and family education regarding disease processes, treatment plans, medications, and post-care instructions.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Ensure adherence to infection control protocols, patient safety standards, and ethical nursing practices.
Qualifications
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent from a recognised institution.
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license; eligibility for Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) licensing preferred.
Experience
• 1–6 years of clinical nursing experience in hospital or clinical settings.
Skills
• Strong clinical nursing skills with attention to patient safety and quality care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach with strong organisational skills.
