About the Role
Role & Responsibilities
• Deliver safe, compassionate, and patient-centred nursing care.
• Perform home visit nursing services as assigned by the organisation.
• Monitor patient health conditions, administer medications, and provide basic clinical care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and follow care plans strictly.
• Educate patients and families on health, hygiene, and medication adherence.
• Follow infection control guidelines and safety protocols during home and clinical care.
• Coordinate with doctors and supervisors for patient updates and care planning.
Qualification
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from a recognised institution.
• Valid Nursing Council Registration (India or relevant authority).
• Eligibility for Qatar Nursing License preferred.
Experience
• Experience in hospital or home-care nursing preferred.
• Freshers may be considered based on eligibility and readiness for home-care duties.
Skills
• Excellent patient handling and caregiving skills.
• Strong communication and counselling abilities.
• Ability to work independently during home visits.
• Compassionate, responsible, and professional approach to patient care
Salary & Benefits
• Salary: 5,500 QAR per month
