Roles & Responsibilities• Diagnose, plan, and execute orthodontic treatment plans using aligners and fixed orthodontic appliances• Perform orthodontic consultations, case assessments, and treatment planning• Supervise and guide aligner delivery and orthodontic procedures at retail centres• Review digital scans, treatment progress, and case outcomes• Handle complex orthodontic cases and clinical escalations• Ensure high standards of clinical quality, patient safety, and ethical practice• Educate patients regarding treatment plans, duration, and oral hygiene maintenance• Coordinate with associate dentists and clinical staff for smooth case execution• Maintain accurate patient records, treatment documentation, and follow-ups• Adhere to company SOPs, DCI guidelines, and clinical protocolsQualifications• MDS in Orthodontics from a recognized institution• Valid Dental Council of India (DCI) / State Dental Council registrationExperience• Relevant experience in orthodontics preferred• Experience with aligner-based orthodontic treatments is an added advantageSkills Required• Strong clinical expertise in orthodontics• Excellent communication and patient counseling skills• Proficiency in digital orthodontic workflows and case planning• Attention to detail and strong diagnostic abilities• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-centre environment• Leadership and team coordination skillsAbout the CompanyAMPA Orthodontics Private Limited operates under toothsi, India’s leading clinical beauty platform driven by advanced technology and expert care.
