Role & Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive training to surgeons, operating room staff, and healthcare professionals on robotic systems
• Develop and deliver training programs to ensure proficiency and competency in using surgical robotic technology
• Collaborate with healthcare institutions and surgical teams to integrate robotic systems into clinical practice
• Offer on-site support during surgical procedures, addressing technical issues to ensure optimal system performance
• Conduct educational programs, workshops, and presentations to increase awareness of the technology
• Participate in industry conferences and events, showcasing robotic systems and sharing clinical insights
• Facilitate clinical research projects using robotic systems, assisting in data collection, analysis, and publication
• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, surgeons, and clinical teams to understand their needs and gather feedback
• Collect feedback from users to contribute to product improvement and innovation
Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Allied Health, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
Experience
• Previous experience with robotic surgical systems is highly desirable
• Experience in healthcare or operating room environments
• Experience in Robotic Surgery
