Physiotherapist

Roles & Responsibilities
• Evaluate patients and plan rehabilitation programs for orthopedic conditions
• Develop individualized physiotherapy treatment plans based on diagnosis and surgeon’s protocol
• Administer physical therapy modalities including Ultrasound, IFT, TENS, Laser therapy, and Kinesiology
• Assist in pre-operative conditioning and post-operative rehabilitation
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required
• Educate patients on posture correction, ergonomics, home exercise programs, and injury prevention
• Explain treatment plans and expected recovery timelines to patients and caregivers
• Motivate patients to ensure compliance with therapy and rehabilitation goals
• Work closely with orthopedic surgeons and clinic staff for coordinated patient care
• Handle patient queries professionally and empathetically
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (MPT) from a recognized institution
• Female candidates only

Experience
• Minimum 2+ years of experience, preferably in an orthopedic clinic or hospital

Skills
• Strong orthopedic physiotherapy knowledge
• Expertise in pain management and rehabilitation techniques
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient-friendly and empathetic approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a clinical team
