Orthodontist

Roles & Responsibilities
• Diagnose, plan, and execute orthodontic treatment plans using aligners and fixed orthodontic appliances
• Perform orthodontic consultations, case assessments, and treatment planning
• Supervise and guide aligner delivery and orthodontic procedures at retail centres
• Review digital scans, treatment progress, and case outcomes
• Handle complex orthodontic cases and clinical escalations
• Ensure high standards of clinical quality, patient safety, and ethical practice
• Educate patients regarding treatment plans, duration, and oral hygiene maintenance
• Coordinate with associate dentists and clinical staff for smooth case execution
• Maintain accurate patient records, treatment documentation, and follow-ups
• Adhere to company SOPs, DCI guidelines, and clinical protocols

Qualifications
• MDS in Orthodontics from a recognized institution
• Valid Dental Council of India (DCI) / State Dental Council registration

Experience
• Relevant experience in orthodontics preferred
• Experience with aligner-based orthodontic treatments is an added advantage

Skills Required
• Strong clinical expertise in orthodontics
• Excellent communication and patient counseling skills
• Proficiency in digital orthodontic workflows and case planning
• Attention to detail and strong diagnostic abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-centre environment
• Leadership and team coordination skills
