Roles & Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of children’s physical, sensory, and developmental needs
• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy plans based on assessment outcomes
• Provide evidence-based interventions to improve fine motor skills, sensory integration, attention, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary professionals (Speech Therapy, ABA, Special Education) for holistic child development
• Monitor, document, and report patient progress regularly
• Educate parents on home-based activities and carryover strategies
• Participate in case discussions, workshops, and team meetings
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (BOT/MOT)
• Registration with the Delhi Council for Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy (preferred)
Experience:
• Experience in pediatric or developmental settings is desirable

• Strong observation, assessment, and intervention skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Empathy, patience, and enthusiasm for working with children
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team
