Role & Responsibilities • Assess patients to identify physical problems and functional limitations • Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment programs • Manage joint, spinal, and post-surgical rehabilitation cases • Provide rehabilitation for patients after accidents, injuries, and strokes • Supervise physiotherapy assistants and aides • Maintain detailed patient case notes, reports, and treatment documentation • Collect and maintain patient statistics • Educate patients and caregivers on condition management and prevention strategies • Work as part of a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team and attend team meetings • Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, patients, and families • Participate in education programs for residents, relatives, and staff • Engage in continuing professional development and updated physiotherapy techniques • Ensure physiotherapy equipment is maintained and coordinate with HOD for supplies • Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy treatments • Record and report adverse clinical events • Maintain a safe working environment and follow safe work systems • Identify and report workplace hazardsQualification • Graduate from an approved College/University in Physiotherapy • Valid physiotherapy license from country of origin • DOH license to practice in Al Ain, UAEExperience • Minimum 2 years of experience in Physical Medicine / Physiotherapy practice • Experience in hospital-based or multidisciplinary rehabilitation setup preferredSkills • Strong clinical assessment and rehabilitation planning skills • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team • Good knowledge of services for aged and disabled patients • Ability to review procedures and implement improved service models • Strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage) • Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel) About Company NMC Healthcare is one of the largest private healthcare providers in the UAE and a well-established name in the Middle East healthcare sector.
