Roles & Responsibilities:
• Assess and treat children with developmental delays, cerebral palsy (CP), and motor coordination difficulties
• Plan and implement individualized physiotherapy programs based on each child’s needs
• Work on gross motor skills, postural control, balance, coordination, gait training, and functional mobility
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes
• Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, and Special Educators for integrated care
• Guide and educate parents on home exercise and therapy programs
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT / MPT)
Experience:
• Freshers with interest in pediatric physiotherapy are welcome
• 1–2 years of experience in pediatric or neurodevelopmental settings is preferred
Skills Required:
• Strong interest in pediatric and neurodevelopmental physiotherapy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and work in a multidisciplinary team
• Compassionate, child-centric, and patient-focused approach
