Roles & Responsibilities
• Assist in line supervision and day-to-day injectable production activities
• Support execution of production schedules in compliance with GMP standards
• Participate in batch documentation, process monitoring, and in-process checks
• Learn sterile manufacturing operations and handling of equipment and materials
• Coordinate with production teams to maintain efficiency, safety, and quality
Qualifications
• B.Pharm or M.Pharm
Experience
• Freshers preferred
• No prior industry experience required
Skills
• Basic understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
• Willingness to learn injectable and sterile production operations
• Attention to detail and compliance mindset
• Ability to work in shift-based manufacturing environment
