Role & Responsibilities
• Provide total patient care according to core standards and evidence-based practices
• Assume accountability for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care, including discharge planning for each patient
• Work collaboratively with Case Management to reduce length of stay and waiting times
• Document all relevant information accurately and in a timely manner
• Report equipment failures, safety issues, and inventory shortages to Head Nurse or designee
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient care and advocate for patients and families
• Identify areas for improvement in patient care and act upon them using a professional practice framework
• Promote a safe environment for patients by adhering to safety policies and identifying risks
• Contribute to cost-efficiency efforts by utilizing resources effectively
• Lead performance improvement activities aimed at achieving clinical quality outcomes and patient satisfaction
• Participate in the orientation of new staff and nursing students, acting as a mentor to develop their competence
• Demonstrate transcultural principles in nursing practice
• Contribute to special projects aligned with nursing priorities and professional practice
• Assist in promoting knowledge and mentorship in line with research and evidence-based practices
• Follow all hospital policies and procedures
• Participate in education, training, and development for self and others
Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Associate Degree/Diploma in Nursing required
• Current Registered Nurse Licensure from country of origin and Saudi Commission for Health Specialties Licensure required
Experience
• 2 years of Nursing experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 4 years with an Associate Degree/Diploma
• No experience required for Saudis with a Bachelor’s Degree (must enroll in the New Graduate Development Program for staff with less than 1 year of experience)

• Strong clinical knowledge and skills in patient care
