Role & Responsibilities
• Provide continuous 24-hour nursing care to patients in a homecare setting
• Build strong rapport with patients and families to ensure comfort and trust
• Monitor patient condition and respond promptly to clinical changes or emergencies
• Perform nursing procedures including wound care, bandage changes, tube feeding, injections, and IV setup/monitoring
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Maintain accurate nursing records and daily care documentation
• Follow patient care plans while exercising independent clinical judgment when required
• Adapt to different home environments with patience and professionalism
Qualification
• GNM
• B.Sc Nursing
Experience
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (mandatory)
• Freshers may be considered based on competency and registration
License / Registration
• Valid Nursing Council Registration (mandatory)
Skills
• Strong patient-care and bedside nursing skills
• Good interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to act calmly and efficiently during emergencies
• Clinical skills in IV therapy, injections, wound care, and feeding procedures
• Flexibility and willingness to work in homecare environments
Work Location
• On-site – Bengaluru, Karnataka
• Must be willing to commute or relocate (relocation support provided if applicable)
