Role & Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based, and patient-centered care in Dermatology
• Support and adhere to all hospital departmental and divisional initiatives, policies, and procedures
• Participate in the organization’s performance management system, including peer review and productivity and utilization review processes
• Assist Consultant staff in ensuring adequate medical coverage within the Division
• Attend Divisional meetings as invited and contribute to clinical discussions
• Report, investigate, and respond to untoward incidents
• Diagnose and treat patients according to established best practices for dermatology
• Supervise and guide junior medical staff in their clinical duties
• Lead ward rounds, reassess inpatients and outpatients regularly in line with best practices
• Document clinical information clearly and promptly in accordance with hospital procedures
• Review investigation results and modify treatment as necessary
• Liaise with other medical specialties and support services for additional input
• Actively participate in multi-disciplinary meetings to plan holistic care for patients
Qualification
• MBBS (Medicine)
• Tier 1, Tier 2, or Tier 3 qualifications depending on experience
Experience
• Tier 1: No additional experience required post-board certification
• Tier 2: Minimum 2 years of clinical experience post-qualification in an internationally accredited institute
• Tier 3: Minimum 3 years of clinical experience post-qualification as a Specialist in an internationally accredited institute
• UAE Nationals: No additional experience required post-board certification

• Strong clinical knowledge and skills in Dermatology
• Ability to supervise junior medical staff and work in a multi-disciplinary team
• Effective communication and documentation skills
