Role & Responsibilities:
• Assess patients’ physical conditions and rehabilitation needs
• Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy and recovery plans
• Administer manual therapy, exercise therapy, and other physiotherapy interventions
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Educate patients and family members about exercises, posture, and home-based recovery practices
• Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and clinical notes
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for integrated patient care
• Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and ethical standards
• Participate in professional development and keep updated on physiotherapy techniques
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT)
Experience:
• 2–3 years of relevant clinical experience in hospital or rehabilitation settings
Skills:
• Strong knowledge of physiology and therapeutic techniques
• Practical experience in physiotherapy and rehabilitation
• Good clinical reasoning and patient assessment skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Patient-focused, empathetic, and professional approach
