Roles & Responsibilities:
• Assess and provide physiotherapy care for patients with spinal cord injuries
• Conduct thorough physical examinations and technical assessments
• Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans
• Support patients and families in adapting to life post-spinal injury
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Mentor and guide junior physiotherapy staff and coordinate rehabilitation activities
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Ensure patient-centered care with empathy, commitment, and high ethical standards
Qualification:
• Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) – Ortho or Neuro specialization
• Tamil-speaking
Experience:
• Minimum 1 year in spinal cord injury rehabilitation
• Willingness to relocate to Tiruvannamalai and commit long-term
Skills:
• Spinal injury rehabilitation techniques
