Role & Responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed clinical consultations, assessments, and accurate diagnosis of patients
• Design and implement personalized physiotherapy treatment plans across orthopedic, MSK, pediatric, and wellness domains
• Provide hands-on physiotherapy treatments and evidence-based rehabilitation care
• Educate patients on diagnosis, treatment procedures, recovery timelines, and preventive care
• Collaborate with physiotherapists, rehabilitation experts, and wellness consultants for integrated patient care
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records, reports, and documentation
• Mentor and guide junior physiotherapists and clinical staff
• Develop, review, and ensure adherence to clinical protocols and best practices
• Build strong patient relationships through ethical, empathetic, and professional service
• Counsel patients on structured treatment packages and support timely renewals
Qualifications:
• BPT / MPT
• MPT with specialization in MSK or Pediatrics preferred
Experience:
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant clinical experience
• Prior experience in a clinic, hospital, or wellness centre is highly desirable

• Strong diagnostic and clinical reasoning skills
• Excellent hands-on treatment expertise
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient-centric and compassionate approach
• Ability to lead, mentor, and work within a multidisciplinary team
Registration:
• Registered with OTPT / IAP
