Roles & Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage day-to-day clinic operations
• Conduct dental consultations, diagnose oral health issues, and provide appropriate treatments
• Perform regular dental cleanings and preventive procedures
• Develop and communicate personalized treatment plans for patients
• Prescribe and review diagnostic measures such as X-rays and dental models
• Use dental instruments and equipment to examine, diagnose, and treat oral conditions
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
• Supervise, manage, and coordinate with clinic staff to ensure high-quality patient care
Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) from a recognized institution
• Valid State Dental Council license
Experience:
• BDS with 3–4 years of clinical experience
• OR MDS with 1–2 years of clinical experience
Skills Required:
• Strong clinical knowledge of dental procedures, tools, and diagnostics
• Proficiency in computer systems and healthcare databases
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good record-keeping and documentation abilities
• Team management and leadership skills
• Patient-focused and professional approach
