Senior Dentist

Roles & Responsibilities
• Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure smooth functioning of the dental clinic
• Examine patients to assess oral health conditions and diagnose dental issues
• Discuss treatment plans with patients and provide preventive, restorative, and corrective dental care
• Perform dental procedures such as cleanings, fillings, root canals, extractions, and other specialty treatments as per expertise
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests including X-rays, scans, and dental models
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient medical and treatment records
• Ensure adherence to hygiene, sterilization, and safety protocols
• Supervise, guide, and coordinate with junior dentists and clinical staff
• Deliver high standards of patient care, ethics, and professionalism

Qualifications
• BDS or MDS from a recognized institution
• Valid State Dental Council registration

Experience
• BDS: Minimum 4+ years of clinical experience
• MDS: Minimum 1+ year of clinical experience

Skills Required
• Strong clinical knowledge of dental procedures, tools, and diagnostics
• Proficiency in computer systems and healthcare databases
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good patient-handling and interpersonal skills
• Strong management and leadership abilities
• Ability to maintain detailed clinical documentation
