Senior Dentist

Roles & Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage day-to-day clinic operations
• Examine patients to diagnose oral health conditions and treatment needs
• Perform preventive, restorative, and specialized dental procedures as per expertise
• Discuss dental concerns with patients and educate them on oral hygiene practices
• Order and interpret diagnostic measures such as X-rays, models, and reports
• Use dental instruments and equipment to examine, diagnose, and treat patients
• Maintain accurate patient records, treatment plans, and clinical documentation
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, hygiene, and safety standards
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with other dentists, assistants, and staff
• Supervise junior dentists and support team performance and quality care delivery

Qualifications
• BDS / MDS from a recognized dental institution
• Valid State Dental Council registration

Experience
• BDS with minimum 4+ years of clinical experience
• MDS with minimum 1+ year of clinical experience

Skills Required
• Strong knowledge of dental procedures, tools, and diagnostics
• Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills
• Good computer skills with experience in healthcare databases and applications
• Ability to maintain detailed clinical records and documentation
• Strong leadership and clinic management skills
• Commitment to ethical dental practice and quality patient care
