• Define and implement the national sales strategy aligned with company objectives
• Lead, coach, and develop medical and sales teams across Lebanon
• Own overall sales performance and contribute to revenue growth and profitability
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, KOLs, distributors, and institutions
• Coordinate closely with marketing, regulatory, and logistics teams for smooth execution
• Support product launches and promotional activities
• Participate in sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting
• Ensure compliance with Lebanese healthcare regulations and ethical standards
• Contribute to long-term business development initiatives
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong background in pharmaceutical sales
• Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role
• Solid understanding of the Lebanese pharmaceutical and healthcare market
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
• Strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset
• High level of organization and planning capability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Languages: Arabic and English required; French is an advantage
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel
