Role & Responsibilities
• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and practices
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments including physical examination and health history
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor vital signs, patient progress, and response to treatment
• Provide wound care, assist with mobility, and manage pain control
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery, and health management
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection control, and patient safety standards
• Report changes in patient condition promptly to the medical team
• Advocate for patient rights, safety, and well-being
• Provide emotional support to patients and families
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, meetings, and care conferences
• Maintain professional competence through continuous learning and development
Qualification
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited institution
Experience
• 2–5 years of clinical nursing experience
License / Certification
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in UAE or eligibility to obtain
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (mandatory)

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Patient-centred and compassionate approach to care
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
Language
• English – fluent
• Tagalog speakers preferred
