Role & Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality nursing care in acute and general medical-surgical settings
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
• Adhere strictly to infection control, safety, and clinical governance standards
• Demonstrate adaptability and professionalism across diverse clinical environments
• Provide compassionate, patient-centred care with empathy and integrity
Qualification
• Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification
• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
• Mandatory certifications including BLS/CPR and infection control training
Experience
• Minimum 1 year of acute care nursing experience in Australia or equivalent overseas
• Overseas experience accepted from New Zealand, UK, Ireland, Hong Kong, USA, or Canada
• Experience working in hospital or acute care environments
Skills
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
