Role & Responsibilities
• Deliver comprehensive direct nursing care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications, provide wound care, monitor vital signs, and deliver IV therapy
• Ensure patient hygiene and comfort while adhering to established nursing protocols
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary clinical team to optimize patient outcomes
• Participate in patient education, ensuring patients and families are informed about care plans and procedures
• Contribute to patient documentation, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
Qualifications
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent
• Valid NHRA (National Health Regulatory Authority) license and Data Flow certification
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required (ACLS/PALS preferred)
Experience
• 3-7 years of inpatient/acute-care nursing experience
Skills
• Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in patient care
• Ability to administer medications and perform medical procedures effectively
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Experience with wound care, vital sign monitoring, and IV therapy
• Ability to prioritize and manage patient care in a fast-paced, specialized healthcare environment
