Roles & Responsibilities
• Implement marketing strategies and promotional campaigns for medical device, pharma, and OTC products
• Drive product promotion through effective in-clinic presentations to doctors
• Identify and promote the right products for the right doctors and institutions
• Monitor retail chemist prescription audits and secondary sales
• Lead, guide, and motivate a team of ABMs and MRs to achieve business objectives
• Ensure timely reporting, territory reviews, and performance tracking
• Achieve assigned value and volume targets for the region
Qualifications
• B.Sc or B.Pharm
Experience
• Minimum 1 year experience as a 2nd line manager
• Proven experience handling a team of ABMs and MRs
• Exposure to OTC and Pharma segments is mandatory
• Experience in medical devices will be an added advantage
Skills
• Strong people management and leadership skills
• Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
• Strategic thinking with strong execution capability
• Target-driven with proven regional performance
