Role & Responsibilities
• Conduct psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations for individuals, couples, and groups
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clients' needs
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, offering psychological support
• Maintain accurate, confidential client records in compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for holistic patient care
• Stay updated on the latest research and therapeutic techniques to enhance patient outcomes
Qualification
• DOH License holder
• Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.)
• Licensed to practice psychology in the specified location
Experience
• Experience in clinical practice or counseling, with 1–7 years of experience
Skills
• Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide individualized and group therapy effectively
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and empathetic nature
