• Lead population health initiatives within General Medicines to improve early screening and monitoring for Type 1 Diabetes across UAE and Gulf countries
• Conduct ecosystem mapping to identify key healthcare stakeholders, hospital types, and referral pathways
• Map Centers of Excellence and referral networks connecting pediatricians, general practitioners, and specialists
• Identify and remove operational barriers in patient screening and monitoring pathways
• Support implementation of new screening initiatives for early detection of Type 1 Diabetes
• Engage external stakeholders to build awareness of T1D care pathways and establish strategic partnerships
• Build strong collaborations with public health leaders and clinical leads at key accounts
• Design and implement patient care pathways in collaboration with healthcare providers
• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or Public Health
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device industry
• Experience in commercial or medical roles with project management exposure
• Proven track record of external stakeholder engagement
• Background in specialty disease areas preferred
• Strong networking, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities
• Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort working in complex and ambiguous environments
• Strategic thinking and project execution capability
• Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory
