Roles & Responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed assessments of client mobility, posture, pain concerns, and overall physical condition
• Review medical history and identify functional limitations
• Design and implement personalized physiotherapy and exercise programs based on client goals such as mobility improvement, pain management, fitness, and weight loss
• Administer and supervise therapy sessions with hands-on guidance
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educate clients on exercise compliance, self-care techniques, and injury prevention
• Collaborate with doctors, dieticians, and wellness professionals to deliver holistic care
• Provide consultation, counselling, and motivation throughout the recovery journey
• Maintain clinic hygiene, safety standards, and ethical treatment protocols
• Ensure accurate documentation of assessments, therapy sessions, and progress records
• Engage in continuous learning and stay updated with physiotherapy best practices
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT / MPT)
• Strong knowledge of physiotherapy techniques and rehabilitation protocols
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
Experience:
• Freshers motivated toward skill enhancement are encouraged to apply
• Prior clinical experience in rehabilitation or wellness settings preferred
