Roles & Responsibilities:
• Evaluate patients’ physical health, medical history, and physiotherapy needs
• Conduct detailed clinical assessments and diagnose physical conditions
• Develop and implement evidence-based, individualized treatment plans
• Administer physiotherapy treatments including manual therapy, exercises, and modalities
• Provide rehabilitation care for patients recovering from injuries or surgeries
• Manage chronic conditions through ongoing physiotherapy interventions
• Educate patients on their condition, treatment options, and self-care techniques
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required
• Maintain accurate patient records, assessments, and progress notes
• Ensure compliance with clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards
• Stay updated with latest physiotherapy practices through continuous learning
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT / MPT)
Experience:
• 5 to 6 years of relevant physiotherapy experience (mandatory)
Skills:
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Expertise in physiotherapy techniques and rehabilitation protocols
• Ability to manage acute, post-operative, and chronic conditions
• Good communication and patient education skills
• Accurate medical documentation and record maintenance
