Roles & Responsibilities

Patient Care & Treatment
• Assess and diagnose patients with physical conditions and movement disorders
• Develop and implement personalized physiotherapy treatment plans
• Administer manual therapy, electrotherapy, exercise therapy, and rehabilitation programs
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required
• Educate patients on recovery, posture correction, and home exercise programs

Clinical Documentation & Coordination
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
• Track treatment outcomes and ensure timely follow-ups
• Collaborate with doctors and healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care

Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) or Master’s degree (MPT)
• Registration with a recognized Physiotherapy Council

Experience
• Minimum 1 year of hospital experience — required
• Experience in OPD & IPD setup preferred

Skills
• Strong physiotherapy and clinical assessment skills
• Good communication and patient-handling abilities
• Ethical, empathetic, and patient-focused approach
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based clinical environment
