Physiotherapist

Roles & Responsibilities
• Assess patients’ physical conditions and rehabilitation needs
• Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment plans
• Provide therapy to both inpatients and outpatients
• Monitor patient progress and document treatment outcomes
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, posture, and injury prevention
• Work collaboratively with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper use of physiotherapy equipment
• Perform home visits for physiotherapy care, including assessment, treatment, and patient education, as per hospital policy

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT / MPT) from a recognized institution
• Valid registration with the relevant Physiotherapy Council
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary hospital environment

Experience
• 2 – 5 years of hospital or clinical experience preferred

Skills
• Strong physiotherapy knowledge and clinical expertise
• Patient-friendly and empathetic approach
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hospital setting
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and patient management
