Physiotherapist

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Assess patients’ physical conditions, functional abilities, and rehabilitation needs
• Develop and implement personalized physiotherapy and rehabilitation treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and rehabilitation programs
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as per recovery outcomes
• Educate patients and their families about therapy plans, exercises, and home-care routines
• Guide patients on improving mobility, strength, posture, and overall well-being
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, treatment records, and progress notes
• Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care
• Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and clinical quality standards

Qualification:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT / MPT) from a recognized institution
• Registration with a professional physiotherapy council or body is preferred

Experience:
• Prior clinical experience in physiotherapy is preferred
• Experience in pediatric therapy or child development will be an added advantage
• Freshers with strong clinical knowledge and interest in rehabilitation may also apply

Skills:
• Proficiency in physiotherapy techniques, exercise therapy, and rehabilitation planning
• Strong ability to assess patient conditions and design effective treatment protocols
• Knowledge of modern physiotherapy tools and therapeutic equipment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for patient and family interaction
• Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety and care standards
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
