Role & Responsibilities:
• Assess the physical condition and rehabilitation needs of patients
• Develop and implement personalized physiotherapy treatment plans
• Use appropriate therapy techniques, exercises, and rehabilitation equipment
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required
• Educate patients and family members on exercises, posture, and long-term wellness
• Provide regular progress updates to patients and their families
• Maintain accurate treatment records and documentation
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT)
• Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy (MPT)
Experience:
• Minimum 1 year of relevant clinical experience
• Experience in rehabilitation settings is preferred
Skills Required:
• Strong knowledge of physiology and medical terminology
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathy, patience, and patient-centric approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
