Physiotherapist

Roles & Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of specialized pediatric physiotherapy programs
• Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in pediatric physiotherapy and autism care
• Supervise and mentor junior physiotherapists and support staff
• Conduct training sessions for staff to improve therapeutic approaches and autism care understanding
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the autism care center
• Manage scheduling, coordination of services, and resource allocation
• Implement and maintain quality assurance measures to ensure high standards of care
• Monitor treatment effectiveness and make necessary adjustments
• Maintain accurate patient records, treatment plans, and progress reports
• Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Engage with parents, schools, and community organizations for awareness and outreach initiatives

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy (specialization in Pediatric Physiotherapy preferred)
• Relevant certifications in autism care or related fields
• Valid state licensure/registration as a Physiotherapist
• Good command of English

Experience
• Previous experience working with children with autism preferred

Skills
• Strong clinical assessment and pediatric physiotherapy skills
• Knowledge of autism spectrum disorders and developmental challenges
• Quality assurance and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage both clinical and administrative responsibilities
