Roles & Responsibilities:
• Assess and evaluate patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Plan and deliver individualized rehabilitation programs for pain management and functional recovery
• Treat orthopedic cases including fractures, arthritis, sports injuries, spine disorders, and post-surgical cases (TKR, THR, arthroscopy, spine surgery)
• Provide physiotherapy using modalities such as Ultrasound, IFT, TENS, Laser therapy, and kinesiology techniques
• Assist in pre-operative conditioning and post-operative rehabilitation
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required
• Educate patients on posture correction, ergonomics, and home exercise programs
• Explain treatment plans and recovery timelines to patients and caregivers
• Motivate patients to ensure adherence to therapy and rehabilitation goals
• Coordinate with orthopedic surgeons and clinic staff for integrated patient care
• Handle patient queries professionally and empathetically
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
Qualification:
• Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT)
• Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) – Preferred
Experience:
• Minimum 2+ years of experience
• Experience working with orthopedic clinics or surgeons preferred
Skills:
• Orthopedic physiotherapy and rehabilitation
• Pain management and post-surgical care
• Use of electrotherapy and manual therapy techniques
• Patient assessment and treatment planning
• Strong communication and counseling skills
• Clinical documentation and record maintenance
