Roles & Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments for inpatients and outpatients
• Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation and mobility improvement plans
• Provide manual therapy, exercise therapy, and pain management interventions
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on recovery outcomes
• Educate patients on preventive care, posture correction, and recovery techniques
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for holistic patient care
Skills Required
• Strong knowledge of physical assessment and rehabilitation planning
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and exercise-based treatment
• Ability to manage pain and improve functional mobility
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills
• Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centred approach

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from a recognised institution
• Valid Physiotherapy licensure or certification as per local regulations
Experience
• Experience in clinical or hospital settings is preferred but not mandatory
