Roles & Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with diverse medical conditions
• Develop personalized and evidence-based physiotherapy treatment plans
• Implement physiotherapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional recovery
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required
• Educate patients and caregivers on physiotherapy techniques and home exercise programs
• Collaborate with doctors and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure holistic care
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and outcomes
• Participate in continuous professional development and training programs
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy or a related field
Experience:
• 0 – 4 years of experience in physiotherapy or rehabilitation settings
• Freshers with strong clinical knowledge may also be considered
Skills:
• Strong understanding of physiotherapy principles and rehabilitation techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient-focused approach with attention to recovery outcomes
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
