Roles & Responsibilities:
• Assess physical condition, mobility limitations, pain levels, and rehabilitation needs of elderly patients
• Design and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment plans
• Conduct therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and gait training
• Provide pain management and post-operative rehabilitation
• Improve strength, balance, flexibility, posture, and functional independence
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercise routines and posture correction
• Guide on fall prevention and safe mobility practices
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments and treatment sessions
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, caregivers, and family members
• Follow safety protocols, infection control measures, and ethical practices
• Visit patient homes and assisted living facilities as required
Qualifications & Experience:
• Graduate in Physiotherapy (BPT) or equivalent qualification
• Valid registration with State Council / relevant authority
• 1–5 years of experience in elderly care or rehabilitation preferred
• Fresh graduates with interest in geriatric physiotherapy may apply
• Experience in neuro rehab, ortho cases, post-stroke or post-surgical rehab is an advantage
Skills Required:
• Strong clinical evaluation skills
• Knowledge of physiotherapy techniques for elderly care
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to educate patients and caregivers
• Documentation and reporting skills
• Adherence to infection control and safety protocols
• Compassionate and patient-centric approach

• Comfortable with field work and home visits
• Flexible duty schedules
• Willingness to work in Mumbai & Navi Mumbai locations
