About the Role

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality pharmaceutical care and assistance
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medications, therapies, and supplies
• Accurately interpret prescriptions and medication orders
• Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, families, and healthcare staff
• Ensure confidentiality, ethical conduct, and professional standards at all times
• Work effectively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Participate in continuous professional development activities
• Practice within the defined scope and take responsibility for professional actions
• Support quality, safety, and patient-care standards


Qualification

• Diploma in Pharmacy (minimum 2-year program)
• Valid DOH Medical License (mandatory)


Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical / healthcare field


Skills

• Strong pharmacology and medication knowledge
• Experience with pharmacy or pharmacology information systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Cultural sensitivity and patient-centric approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High level of accuracy, professionalism, and ethical practice
