Roles & Responsibilities
• Provide pharmacy services under RBSK as per government guidelines
• Dispense medicines accurately and maintain proper records
• Support public health programs and field activities as assigned
• Maintain stock, inventory records, and ensure timely availability of medicines
• Perform data entry of application forms, mark sheets, and certificates
• Assist in verification and documentation as per departmental requirements
• Follow SOPs and instructions issued by District Health Society
Qualifications
• Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized institute
• Registered with Jharkhand State Pharmacy Council
• Computer proficiency in MS Office and Internet
Age Limit
• Minimum Age: 21 years
• Maximum Age: 40 years
Selection Process
• Submission of application form through registered post / speed post only
• Application scrutiny and evaluation based on:
– Academic and technical examination marks
– Written test / Skill test / Interview (as applicable)
• Merit list publication at Civil Surgeon / Deputy Commissioner Office
• Objections invited through newspaper notice and district website

• ₹400 for General / OBC / BC candidates
• ₹200 for SC / ST candidates

Selection Conditions
• Contract engagement against approved remuneration (not regular employment)
• Contract duration of 1 year, extendable based on performance appraisal

• Applicants must mention post code number on application form and envelope
• Any false information may lead to cancellation and legal action
• Jurisdiction for legal matters will be Dhanbad Court only
