Roles & Responsibilities
Pharmacy & Compliance
• Dispense and store medicines as per Drugs & Cosmetics Act
• Verify prescriptions, batch numbers, and expiry dates
• Maintain pharmacy licenses, registers, and compliance records
• Monitor cold-chain storage and temperature logs
• Manage near-expiry, expired, and damaged stock

Warehouse & Inventory
• Handle inward, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
• Maintain inventory accuracy in ERP / WMS systems
• Perform cycle counts and stock reconciliation
• Track GRN, batch, expiry, and serial numbers
• Ensure compliant and efficient warehouse layout

Order Fulfilment & Coordination
• Ensure timely and accurate order dispatch
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and support teams
• Handle returns, replacements, and reverse logistics

Quality & Process
• Follow SOPs for pharmacy and warehouse operations
• Support audits and inspections
• Suggest process improvements

Qualifications
• B.Pharm or D.Pharm (Mandatory)
• Registered Pharmacist with State Pharmacy Council

Experience
• 2–5 years in pharmacy operations and/or warehouse management

Skills
• Strong knowledge of pharma storage and compliance
• Inventory and ERP system experience
• High attention to detail
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic MS Excel knowledge

Preferred
• E-pharmacy or healthcare supply chain exposure
• Cold-chain handling experience
• Audit and inspection exposure
