Roles & Responsibilities:
• Provide physiotherapy care to pediatric patients with developmental and neurological conditions
• Assess children diagnosed with Autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, sensory and behavioral issues
• Develop and implement individualized pediatric physiotherapy and early intervention programs
• Deliver evidence-based therapy to improve motor skills, mobility, coordination, and functional abilities
• Monitor child progress and modify treatment plans as required
• Educate parents and caregivers on home programs and supportive strategies
• Maintain accurate clinical records and therapy documentation
• Follow clinic protocols and participate in structured training programs
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary child development teams
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT / MPT)
• Specialization or experience in Pediatrics / Neurology preferred
Experience:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in pediatric physiotherapy required
• Freshers with relevant internship or exposure may be considered
Skills:
• Pediatric physiotherapy and early intervention techniques
• Knowledge of developmental and neurological pediatric conditions
• Strong understanding of physiology and medical terminology
• Child handling and parent counseling skills
• Patient-centered and empathetic approach
• Ability to follow structured clinical protocols
