Roles & Responsibilities
• Diagnose and treat malocclusion and teeth alignment issues
• Perform orthodontic procedures including braces, aligners, and retainers
• Manage and monitor orthodontic treatment plans and progress
• Handle general dentistry procedures as required by the clinic
• Conduct patient consultations and explain treatment options clearly
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
• Ensure adherence to sterilization, hygiene, and safety protocols
• Work collaboratively with dental assistants and support staff
• Provide high-quality, ethical, and patient-focused dental care

Qualifications
• MDS in Orthodontics (mandatory)
• Valid dental council registration
• Ability to manage both orthodontic and general dentistry cases

Experience
• Experience in orthodontics preferred
• Candidates capable of handling general dentistry will be given priority

Skills
• Strong knowledge of orthodontic procedures and appliances
• Good communication and patient-handling skills
• Clinical decision-making and case management ability
• Attention to detail and treatment accuracy
• Ability to work independently in a clinic setup
