Roles & Responsibilities:
• Conduct orthodontic consultations, assessments, and diagnosis
• Plan and execute orthodontic treatments using aligners and braces
• Supervise and monitor invisible aligner treatments
• Perform clinical procedures including impressions, attachments, and IPR
• Manage follow-ups and track patient treatment progress
• Ensure adherence to clinic SOPs, hygiene, and patient safety standards
• Deliver a smooth, professional, and patient-centric clinic experience
• Coordinate with dental planners, customer support, and internal teams
• Handle high patient volumes in a retail clinic setup
Qualifications:
• BDS with MDS in Orthodontics (Mandatory)
• Valid Dental Council registration
Experience:
• 1–3 years of clinical orthodontic experience
• Experience with aligner-based treatments preferred
Skills Required:
• Strong expertise in orthodontics and aligner therapy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfort with intraoral scanners and digital dental tools
• Ability to manage patients confidently in a retail clinical environment
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on clinical quality
