Roles & Responsibilities:
• Create high-quality orthodontic treatment designs remotely in line with company policies and clinical standards
• Design accurate and effective digital aligner treatment plans
• Collaborate closely with the Orthodontic Design Lead to refine workflows and improve team processes
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of treatment planning protocols
• Support broader clinical strategy initiatives with insights and expertise
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new members of the orthodontic design team
• Ensure consistent clinical excellence and attention to detail across all treatment designs
Qualification:
• Qualified Orthodontist
• Relevant dental/orthodontic degree with valid professional credentials
Experience:
• Prior experience in digital aligner treatment planning
• Proven experience in creating high-quality orthodontic treatment plans
• Experience with Onyx Aligner software is an added advantage
Skills:
• Strong expertise in orthodontic treatment planning
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong clinical judgment
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Comfort working within the GMT time zone
• Commitment to innovation, quality, and continuous improvement
